This was a mixed experience. My balayage was amazing, Clezia definitely has a lot of experience and got the colour perfect. She also gave me advice on how to keep it for longer. The haircut though wasn't as great even though I gave the same specifications I always do. That can happen when you first work with a hairdresser. What I didn't appreciate was the kind of pushback I got when I said I didn't like it. This is meant to be a relaxing experience especially considering the price.
