Unfortunately Sergio was running late today so I chose to sit and wait in the cool rather than come back in the heat. Almost an hour after my due time, I had my hair cut. Very pleased with the cut and care taken

Was OK nothing special. I was given a cut he wanted not what I asked for and even though my hair was really overgrown and badly in need of a good cut only minimal was cut off probably 1cm if that. There was no effort in the cut. Atmosphere was extremely stuffy being such a tiny salon with a pedicure carried out being my back. Wouldn't return.

My son had his first haircut at Francy's and they put some of his hair in an envelope and gave it to me, which I still have. He is now 7 and only goes to Francy's for his haircut. I don't trust anyone else to cut his hair. Sergio is great. He is very experienced, confident in what he is doing and puts him at ease. He always cuts my son's hair to my liking. Thanks Sergio!
