The haircut was not exactly what I wanted even though I had provided pictures that showed the exact haircut and my hairstylist spent the whole time trying to sell me products and extra services I never asked about.

I’ve visited francys many times and had Joey who I love. I had Sergio yesterday and was extremely disappointed. Lack of attention paid to the hair throughout as well as at the end of my treatment charging me more because I have “Afro hair” (i have loose curls) i asked why as I’ve never had to pay an extra fee previously. He mentioned as it takes longer (my hair was completed within the given time) and I have a Brazilian blow dry which was treated at francys. Hilarious. Absolutely disgusted
