I came for my bangs to be cut back in, Flávio immediately was hostile about saying he thought it was a fringe cut. Within 7 minutes he was done and did not look anything like the picture I had asked for. When I got him I noticed one side was completely shorter than the other. As I was due at a wedding on the Friday I had to go to Aitch and Aitch who rectified it. It’s a real shame as I am a regular at Francys and won’t be returning after that
