I found out later that I paid for balayage and got highlights instead. Please if you don't know how to do it don't offer it as part of your services. Also the highlights look very inconsistent, very different on one side of my head.

I had a Keratin, Brazilian blow dry on Afro hair. Grace and Francy were so welcoming and they talked me through what to except and aftercare. I love how my hair came out, it’s so soft and flowing. I would highly recommend the salon for ladies with Afro hair.
