This was the first time I had used Francy Beauty Therapy and it was great. Everyone was so friendly and it was probably the best wax I've ever had! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Francy was lovely, you could tell she likes her job and was very professional.
Collection of varnish was a bit dated.
Sitting arrangement could have been better.

The therapist Francy was EXCELLENT!! Filed my nails down and then started with the gel application. Your hand is placed under a UV light to cure the gel and set it hard. I had 3 applications and between each application my hand was placed under the UV light. I was astonished at how quickly it set. I kid you not it was dried in seconds!!
The polish is gorgeous and shiny looks FAB!! I am not a fan of false tips of any kind so this is PERFECT for me. I will wait and see how long it lasts but I am impressed with the end result. She then applied oil to my cuticles to keep them supple. (Visited April2014)
