I had a good haircut at Francy and the stylist was lovely. However I found the salon itself quite unwelcoming. It was absolutely freezing in there, so much so that I wanted to keep my coat on and had to cover my hands with my scarf for the whole time. The water when my hair was washed kept going cold and so the stylist had to keep stopping to see if it would warm up, which it didn't really do. At the end of the haircut when I was chatting to the stylist, a woman who I think was the owner came out from the back and interrupted us as if to say that we shouldn't be talking, despite the fact that the salon was totally empty and there were no other customers coming in.
