She wasn’t ready when I arrived and asked me to wait 5minutes, which ended up being 10. Her phone kept ringing and interrupting the ‘soothing’ music. The products smelt off. I opted for the deep clean, which included extraction. I felt like I came out spottier than when I went it. No real extraction was done and I went home and had to wash my face due to the smell of the products. The facial left my skin feeling horrible and cost me £60. What a waste of money
