Fantastic customer service and a lovely blow dry, but I wish I had been more forceful about the cut. I have very thick, long hair that hasn’t been cut for eight months, and though I asked for long layers and for it to be thinned down (for summer heat), once I got home I realised it had only really been very lightly trimmed at the ends. No layers, no thinning down. Great if you’re anxious about a drastic cut, but my heavy mane definitely needed a heavier hand.
