I booked an appointment at Fancy hair & beauty for the first time for a much needed post-lockdown haircut. The team was very friendly and Joabe understood immediately what I wanted. Great haircut and blow dry, left the salon feeling amazing! Will be back!

I had been growing my hair for our wedding in May and had an appointment in March somewhere else for a cut and colour. Due to the pandemic, both were cancelled. My hair had become scraggly and the colour was awful! I was desperate for a cut and so tried Francy's for the first time. I was very impressed. Staff were welcoming and made me feel safe, with masks, sanitizer, and sterilising surfaces between clients. Joabe was my stylist and he is very talented, and did an amazing job! I won't hesitate to book another appointment at Francy's again. Joabe listened to what I was looking for and delivered exactly what I was hoping for. The cut and how he styled my hair really suited me. I have already had several compliments! Thanks again, very happy with the transformation!

I didn’t enjoy my experience here at all, the lady beside me was having a treatment that filled the salon with smoke and made my eyes sore also the smell of fumes from the nail bar was appalling. My hair looks ok but I still look like I have got roots I wouldn’t visit again :(
