Had a Brazilian blow dry here pre covid and it was perfect my hair was silky soft and shiny and lightweight. Yesterday I had the complete opposite. I am left with hair that is heavy, feels like wax and is all tangled and sticky so I can’t even brush it. So upset that I spent £120 on this. Hairdresser was friendly but not happy with the overall service and the outcome. Never again.
