Ornela (hair stylist) and Francy (owner) were both really welcoming for my first visit to their salon. Ornela was really friendly and informative throughout. I had a lovely time, and got a great haircut! Thank you both for making it a lovely experience. :)

I’ve been coming to Francy’s for a long time because she is a fantastic beautician who is friendly, a true professional and really knows what she is doing. The massage was excellent and I came out feeling very relaxed, calm and pain-free.
