I had my haircut the first week after salons reopened so appreciate that it was busy however my stylist was very rushed and there was no cleaning between clients. He washed my hair before even introducing himself or finding out how I would like my hair cut. I have naturally curly hair and it looks very different when wet so it was difficult to communicate this post wash. At the end of the blow dry he cut off some extra off one side as the cut was wonky and I left with shorter hair than I wanted.

Terrible hair cut, I have booked an appointment at another salon to fix it. No questions were asked regarding style and it’s basically just a straight cut around my head. My scalp and ears were continuously burnt by the very hot bristles during the blow dry and not heat protectant/hair products were used to protect my hair.
Will not be returning.
