Treatment took around two hours and I left the salon with straight, shiny and youthful looking hair. Thank you so much! Noted that the +£10 surcharge for mid back hair was applied. This is noted on the voucher but is not very obvious at the point of purchase. However the service and treatment itself was a bargain so I didn’t mind. I will be back!

If I could describe my experiences at Francy Hair & Beauty, I’d say authentic. I chose to visit this salon, having recently moved by the reviews, I read and I am so glad that I did. From arrival to leaving, I have felt welcomed and looked after. Conversations are genuine and the advice offered for my haircare is honest, not a sales pitch. My hair looks the best it has in a long time, healthy, glossy and my colour is rich. I feel fabulous! Muchas Gracias!
