Firstly i’d have to say her facials are really overpriced, even if they were 5 star. I booked a deep clean / extraction facial … no extraction was done at all, despite asking “i didnt need it” apparently… i went home and did it myself. The other thing was she kept answering the phone during the treatment, maybe 5 times, which i found dirty and unrelaxing because someone touching their phone then my face isnt the best …. She seemed generally really stressed out and it was quite unenjoyable also
