Firstly i’d have to say her facials are really overpriced, even if they were 5 star.
I booked a deep clean / extraction facial … no extraction was done at all, despite asking “i didnt need it” apparently… i went home and did it myself. The other thing was she kept answering the phone during the treatment, maybe 5 times, which i found dirty and unrelaxing because someone touching their phone then my face isnt the best …. She seemed generally really stressed out and it was quite unenjoyable also

My hair looks absolutely amazing!!! Best bouncy blowdry and cut I’ve had in my entire life, Clezia knew exactly what she was doing and recommended how I should have my layers. She was so sweet and very friendly definitely will be going back as she made my hair look so great! 100% recommend Francy hair and beauty. Thank you Clezia!
