Clezia is amazing! My balayage is perfect and exactly how I wanted it!
I was recommended to go to her at Francy by a friend for balayage and am so glad she did!
I always thought my hair was difficult to colour, but Clezia got it spot on! She put so much care and effort into it. She was also very patient with my indecision about colours. This salon isn't local to me, and I would definitely trek the journey to come back and highly recommend coming here for colouring!

I had a lovely welcome and when we spoke about my hair. I told her that loved the previous clients hair style and also her own. I had reasonable length of hair and told her that I wanted to, more or less, keep it the same length. She said she would feather layer it which presumably she did but the front and sides look dreadful and I really don’t know how I am going to manage it. When I left I looked almost ridiculous but I didn’t feel I could say anything and stupidly I gave her a large tip.
