Franck listened to my concerns & really focused on the areas that needed work. I'm no expert myself, but he seems to have lots of experience and great knowledge of the body & various aches & pains and their triggers. Shoulder felt looser after the treatment:) First time with a sports therapist, but seems great value with Franck's ability to apply a range of different techniques I've not had before. Being female was a bit nervous (only had female therapists before) but made me feel at ease.
