Just Booked a course for a hair spa treatment with Francesca and I'm already feeling so relaxed! She explains everything clearly, and makes the whole experience feel amazing. I feel refreshed and well taken care of. Highly recommended. :-)
Francesca is incredibly attentive and always takes the time to consider what would be best and suits me well in terms of my hair colour. She’s very knowledgeable and generous with her advice on scalp and hair care. I always feel welcomed and well looked after — she’s both warm and accommodating.
I’ve had my hair done by Francesca at Topaz Hair twice now, and both times have been nothing short of amazing. She’s not only incredibly talented but also so warm, professional, and attentive to detail. You can really tell she takes pride in her work — her precision and care are next-level, and I always leave feeling totally confident and refreshed.
