Such a lovely experience. The staff were brilliant, full of chat and really skilled. Only thing to consider before booking is they get busy fast and your appointment may run over. worth the wait tho! :)

Excellent service, product advice and a lovely kind personality. She has took my hair from heavy roots , a unsightly orange band to gorge and blonde ! All while it being in great condition.

The wash was relaxing, and she gave me a great cut that felt fresh without being too drastic—just what I needed. The blow-dry was smooth and natural-looking, and I left feeling put-together and happy with the result. I'd definitely go back to Frances again.
