I had my highlights there . My appointment was at 1pm but started at 1:50 .
It Didn’t turned out as what I asked for , not even close to what they showed me as a colour sample. They were nice and clean.
My treatment period advertised about 1hr and 45’ but took me longer than that .
I’m good with it but my hair is not what I expected.

Overall a good experience as staff were nice but was only advised at end of treatment there would be an extra charge of £10 for toner. Luckily I had my card with me. It would have been better to make this clear at the start of the treatment.
