It's the first time I do colour removal, all went very well. After I did toner to blend my greys. It took the expected time and I was treated very well, staff was always attentive and always explaining the next step to me. Finally, extensions that don't look obvious! As someone with very thin hair, finding natural-looking extensions is hard. These are lightweight, and the clips are tiny and secure, so they don't pull or show through. They blend perfectly and look like my own hair, just much fuller. Total confidence booster! Highly recommend!
