Facts without emotions involved:
1. When arrived, my beautician was not there yet
2. I doubt she was Dana as the app said - she looked different from the picture and she made the impression it's her first day in the salon as well as doing an eyebrow wax and tint
3. Language barrier (English) - ended up using Google translate
4. The wax machine was quite dirty
5. The "henna" made my skin burn after 3-5 mins, so had to wash off
6. Natural look = waxing only the edge and between my brows

I loved it. It was exactly what I wanted, my hair looks perfect, just wow. I had balayage colouring, cut and blow dry, my hair looks healthier, more natural, the color is perfect, it looks like they have hundreds different shades of blond and caramel colours with slightly darker roots. Even my face looks more alive and fresh. She did everything what i asked for and what i was imagining. Also the price is more cheap then other salons, and the quality is perfect. Thank you very much. I will come back for sure.
They were really amazing! Had lash lift and brazilian straightening and will definitely be coming back!

Very bad cut.i asked for a straightcut and it was all completely wonky. Also she styled my hair like I was a middle age women not a women in her mid 20s. So bad.
