First visit. The salon is very nice and the final result looks nice overall. However, my appointment started 15 minutes late and the treatment took almost 2 + hours, much longer than expected. There was no cuticle work with either the BIAB infill or pedicure, so it didn’t feel like a full treatment. The staff were generally pleasant, but I expected a more thorough and efficient service given the reviews.

I don’t usually leave reviews, however this is the worst manicure I’ve ever had. The menu is confusing and a manicure with gel removal doesn’t include polish application, which is bizarre. Despite this, amended at the venue. The appointment was meant to last 55 minutes - I was there for 2+ hours. The quality of the manicure was terrible, someone else had to redo it. They were in a rush and did a very bad job. A day and a half in and it’s already chipping, which has never happened before.
