She booked me in less than 24 hours prior, yet was trapped by a 48-hour cancellation policy. When I tried to cancel due to an acute tailbone injury, she said I'd still have to pay, forcing me to cancel a doctor's appointment. Upon arrival, she was cold, ignored me, texted on her phone most of the time, I could hear tapping& the phone was next to my head, which lead to lazy repetive circular motions, missed out my foot massage entirely. She hardly communicated with me, didn't ask about pressure.
