The nail technician walked into the salon 7 minutes after my appointment was due to start. My nails are a complete mess after this removal. She didn’t even look at the end result. Still have polish on the sides of my nails and she filed the tops of my nails so much they are all scratched. Refused to trim my nails without charging extra!
