Hairdresser was very lovely but I asked for a trim and straight finish and walked out with short massive curls. I was fit in between someone’s colour and was rushed in and out within 30mins which isn’t what I would expect when I pay extra from a ‘extra long cut’. My ‘long layers’ are not layers in the traditional sense and the finish is a bit insane and shaggy. It’s straight and I’m not that bothered but the haircut looks rushed and it was rushed. The ladies were lovely and welcoming though
