Last Saturday I was in Forever Us, I had an excellent service with Marina, but halfway through the service she received a call from her boss who said I have to pay for washing and blow dry extra £22 ??? I did an appointment through Treatwell, Partial Highlights (half head) per £80. The service is supposed to be complete, washing, and blow dry included because in Treatwell it says like this but they charged me £22 more I don't see it as serious, rather I see it as a scam. I felt offended.
