Candice was friendly and efficient. However, I was surprised not to be seated at a proper desk. Instead, I sat on a chair while the technician worked from a low stool, using a towel on my knees as a work surface - this setup felt a bit unusual.

Cut was fine but the colour wasn’t what I wanted (turned ginger/auburn instead of brown). Was told it was fine & it was my phone making it look orange🤔. No offer to fix. Had to go elsewhere to correct the colour.
