I came in at my assigned appointment time at 10 am, nobody was at the reception. After waiting for five min somebody finally came out . None of the ladies speak English there and by that I mean literally not a single word. After arguing with her about my appointment time I was asked to sit down and wait. I waited for 20 min while I could hear them having breakfast in the kitchen! Eventually I complained (through sign language) and was put on the phone to the manager. She told me that they simply “didn’t look at treatwell” for my reservation. Basically, don’t go to this salon if you don’t speak Chinese and come after 11 am since they don’t function any time before that. Acupuncture was ok though..

Turned up for my appointment and the two girls working didn’t speak a word of English so asked us to please leave and come back when the manager was back in one hour! Even tho i had booked an appointment at 10:40 they didn’t understand and simply sent me away. Awful
