Forever Gifted is a holistic wellness and self-care space where the mind, body and soul are cared for. Offering a blend of relaxing and restorative treatments including Reiki, crystal healing, Reiki drumming, massage, breathwork, facials and red light therapy, every treatment is designed to leave you feeling nurtured, renewed and beautifully cared for. My passion has always been helping people feel more balanced, grounded and connected to themselves. I love combining my knowledge of holistic therapies with my passion for skincare, wellness and self-care, creating treatments that allow you to switch off from the outside world and simply be.
