I enjoyed my haircut at Forest Hair. Sadiq took good care to cut to my preferences and provide an enjoyable experience. I will definitely be revisiting next time I can due for a cut!

I had a very disappointing experience with [Salon Name Forest Hair. My appointment was double-booked, so I couldn’t get the haircut I had scheduled. While mistakes can happen, what’s even more frustrating is that the salon never responded to my emails when I tried to organise a refund for the service that didn’t take place. This lack of communication and accountability is unprofessional and has left me very dissatisfied.
