This is my second time at Forbici and all I can say Is I love the place. I had a full head of highlights and balayage done and the amount of compliments I have had about my hair is so nice I am extremely happy cannot wait to visit again ❤️

payed 250£ for highlights that didn’t turn out well. left with stiped hair and did not have time to re do it at the spot so I came back two days later to fix it.. Only got my front hair blow dried and told that I had to pay extra to get my hair blow dried again fully? After payed 250 pounds. Terrible stingy and quite shocked how arrogant the girl doing my hair this time was. it would have taken another 5 min to do a blowdry but not even that compensation could they give me, after their mistakes.

Shadia accommodated all my requests and professionally dealt with the inherited issues I presented her with (from a previous nail technician). She rescued my nails which were looking thick and ugly and made them into something beautiful.
