The woman I had was lovely - thorough, explained my problem skin areas and what i could do about them and gave me a very good massage withy treatment, trying to make it as relaxing as possible, despite giving me what felt like some serious treatment on my problem areas. You do have to go through a sort or office area to get to the facial room and there is a lot of noise that travels from upstairs into the room, but it wouldn't stop me going back.
