I had my gel done with Jassi and she did a fantastic job as usual. Unfortunately Jassi was not available to do my wax so I had to see a therapist I had never saw before. The line of the bikini were not symmetrical or neat. After complaining I was blamed for the quality of the wax because the therapist had given me a different type that the one I had booked?
I had not booked a specific type of bikini and I am not sure that the lines were not straight, neat or symmetrical had anything to do with that
