Was left waiting for over 10 mins after appointment time, no apology, despite paying more through the app than if I’d walked in. Left with dye on for longer with no time frame given on how long I’d be sat. Eyebrows don’t match so will have to wait for them to grow out to get them sorted and shaped correctly. This salon used to be great but now it feels like they’re just constantly rushing everyone through as fast as possible and not turning people away if they have bookings or are busy. Therefore will look elsewhere for future appointments.
