Underarm wax was great, Sahla was very efficient and did a good job and also took care of me while 37 weeks pregnant. I do find the ambience and space a bit tight at Focus, it could do witha bit of a revamp to make it a little more ambient and clean but it's my regular destination for waxes and the ladies are lovely!
