Arrived on time however my therapist was late and I was seen 15mins into my appointment. No one said she was going to be late but she did apologise to me when she arrived. Sadly, the wax was too hot and when I pointed this out she was ever so apologetic and made the necessary changes. She actually made me feel at ease as I started to get anxious. A very lovely lady and whilst I have no issue with her, I felt that management need to do better in the customer experience.
