My visit to Focus was satisfactory, I am new to the area and looking for a salon for my waxing needs. Kinjal was efficient during the appointment offering amenities such as baby wipes, however they had dried out (lucky I had my own) also there wasn't a bin to throw away the used wipe. Other than that the wax was done fairly well and Kinjal checked in regarding the temperature and advising when to breath during the more tender parts of the wax.
