The products used were not the official Shellac CND or even OPI products but were some cheap generic brands. My nails were not buffed before soaking and cuticles were not clipped. All of this was done with barely a word spoken, just my hands pulled forward. Another manicurist then took over who was more friendly and professional. The end result looks ok and it was cheaper than my usual place but will need to see how it lasts to decide whether I’ll return
