Very warm and friendly custom. They didn't hesitate to look after me as a walk-in. Provide a great service. Performed a mini manicure before applying shellac to nails & toes. Great price & accepts all payment methods.

Prepaid for a deluxe 45 min pedicure, in the chair for barely 25 minutes. I queried the time, maybe they had given me 30 min pedi by mistake which is £10 cheaper. Spoken to very rudely by the staff and made into a big thing in front of a busy salon saying they should of painted my nails slower! Also had an eyebrow wax and tint, pedicure started while still had my tint on, had to remind staff to remove the tint. My advice, book shortest and cheapest pedicure or better still, go elsewhere.

Jessi was polite and efficient. It was good that she had managed to move one of our appointments to be the same time as the other.
However, neither my daughter and I felt very welcome at the salon. The treatments were okay, but the atmosphere was very quiet and dull. Nicky didn't say anything until I spoke to her. We wouldn't hurry back to the salon, as we have felt more relaxed and comfortable in other salons.
