Strangest salon experience ever. Little privacy in the treatment room, personal comments made during the treatment and additional fee charged when I requested correct hair removal for a Brazilian wax.

Booked in for gel on hands and toes. Salon was clean, staff were friendly enough but the standard of the gel nails were awful. They were lumpy and uneven both visually and to touch. The colour was patchy and there was gel left all over my skin. I was so shocked that the therapist thought this was acceptable that I just left without asking for any money back. My fault I’m not confrontational and didn’t want a dispute. I actually went straight from this shop to another to get them redone.
