(Full body wax) it was my first time ever waxing, which I mentioned but there was no test patch done or terms and conditions given. I was not given any aftercare instructions and after a day my back and arms broke out in a rash with white heads. My ‘Hollywood’ wax left painful ingrowing hairs and spots, which I had to buy treatment for. I was a bridesmaid and had to wear a low back dress, there were burns on my back, which were pink and painful and have now left dark marks. I want a FULL refund!
