I think a 25 - 30 mins massage is enough. An hour too long. The room was on the cold side and the fan heater a distraction. I would have preferred a firmer massage - it was a bit repetitive and not much done to my neck.

My friend and I really enjoyed our neck and shoulder massages. We were able to choose our own essential oils and Carol took great care of us. A thoroughly relaxing experience.
