Just had the most amazing deep tissue massage with Louise and it was everything my body needed. She knew exactly where to go and how to release the tension I have been carrying for weeks. It felt deep and powerful but also so calming and supportive. I walked out feeling like a new person. I feel lighter more relaxed and like I can breathe again. Louise is absolutely gifted and I cannot wait to book in again. Thank you so much for holding such a healing space.

I had a wonderful and relaxing treatment with Andrea. She put me so much at ease, she was open and welcoming and I felt like I could open up in turn. I felt peaceful and calmafyer my Sekhem treatment and I would definitely recommend Flow.
