I have had 2 bookings both of which have been cancelled between 30 and 15mins before my appointment for different reasons - I totally understand life gets in the way but to have this week on week is really poor service. On both occasions due to how close the time was to the appointment I had already left my home. Really dissatisfied and won’t be coming back nor recommending to friends.
