Florentina takes care and precision to remove every single hair and checks to make sure you’re ok and not in too much pain. I found the treatment hardly painful at all and this was only my second time here. Highly recommended.

Amazing! Really friendly staff. There was a slight problem with booking but they were able to sort it quickly and professionally. Relaxing environment. Going back next week!!
Florentina was great. There was an issue with a double booking of my appointment and she was able to ensure I was given the treatment in a timely manner even in this situation. The waxing itself was done very well to a high standard and Florentina was very informative about other treatments that was offered that I was interested in. Looking forward to being one of her loyal customers as I just moved to the area and was looking for a good beautician.
