I had the Bio For Nourishing Facial done by the lovely Florentina and was AMAZING! She puts you at such ease and tells you exactly what she will be applying and explaining what each product does before applying and makes checks for any allergies and what certain medication you are taking at the start. I always know i am in good hands with Florentina she's so kind and professional and knows what she is doing 👍 I felt so relaxed and i had a mini face peels one for my oily skin on my nose and chin and another for dry skin all over i experienced no redness as i do not have sensitive skin but the slight redness can differ for person to person at most lasting for just a few days as i was advised. I would highly recommend her. The facial massage and hand and arm massages were so lovely and relaxing i nearly feel asleep i was just so relaxed after the treatment my skin had a lovely nourished looking glow i could she a difference and felt great & left looking great and fresh. Would definitely have this facial again.

Today was my 3rd treatment of laser hair removal. I've noticed a difference already! hairs have been dropping out since my 2nd treatment am really happy with the quick results so far! 😁 Florentina is amazing! so kind and professional, highly recommend her she's a gem 💎

Just had my 2nd session of laser hair removal treatment done by Florentina today. The treatment today was a little stronger than last time but wasn't painful with just a tiny bit of redness. Have noticed a slight improvement since my 1st session. Happy Client so far 😊
