She was very nice and kind. Quite carefull on the work done and I am quite happy with the manicure. Not very comfortable sitting over the massage bed and getting the nails done, at least my back was tired at the end of sitting in this possition long time.

I have been for a few waxes at different salons in Richmond, but so far this has been the best! Florentina was quick and the wax was the least painful ive had! Also took far longer to grow back than others. I will return :)
