Had a issue where I thought a branch with the same name was the actual branch I booked at but it was not so phoned up and explained and managed to change time to accommodate it so that was perfect, during treatment,time was taken and with care.

really I go back to the salon because it is a clean salon the people are very loving smiling music very nice to listen to and the professional who attended me was not Elisa but was a man who attended me Joe very very professional very good to talk to and she made my hair wonderful 😘 and the owner of the salon is very happy it is a spectacular education congratulations 👋

I wish I had walked out when she started complaining about Treawell taking so much money. She insisted that blow dry was not included so I didnt get one the whole experience was horrible and rushed as her friends were waiting for haircuts. This is the worst haircut ever! It was meant to be a straight cut bob but I have short bits everywhere that need to be pinned down. I look awful! its not even on both sides. I'm so upset and feel stupid
