The staff were lovely, very welcoming and I was offered tea, coffee or a glass of wine upon arrival. Such a clear bright and airy venue with cute interior. When I was taken downstairs for my cleansing and hydrating facial treatment the therapist did not ask me any questions about my skin type or if I was allergic to anything (I was only asked if I had foundation on) as this was my first ever facial I didn't know what to expect so never questioned that. My treatment felt amazing and I left with my skin feeling well hydrated. Until the next day when I woke up with a rash covering my entire face. I just wonder that if questions were asked would I have this rash now?

First time getting definition brows done & Elena was great! Really friendly, reassuring, knowledgeable & efficient time wise. She checked what type of shade/look (I like natural & not too dark) I wanted & checked to make sure I was happy before applying tint & fixing the shape. We had a lovely chat & she made sure I was comfortable. I was extremely pleased with the end result & will definitely be going back for a top up tint when needed. She also tinted my eyelashes and again was very happy.
