The venue was immaculate, & welcoming. The room was warm & quiet. My therapist was great, but I found the bed a bit uncomfortable. I would prefer to have a hole for my head, but I had to lay with my head to the side twisting my neck. The pricing online needs to be clearer I understood it to be £5 deposit, £30 in total so I expected to pay £25 at the venue but I was charged £30 so £35 total. It’s worth £35 but the wording on the app could make that clearer. Would book again though. Very friendly
